This backpack is awesome! We let our puppy sleep in it on day one and used it day 2. She is a 12-pound Yorkie and we bought her the XL. Sturdy but light. Pockets are an added bonus so we can pop treats / phone and keys in.

Backpack is good quality. Wanted something I could take my new Golden puppy with us when I walk my older dog. Very comfortable to wear.

Our dog loves to ride in the backpack (which can also be worn as a front pack) when he’s tired during a long walk. He never tries to get out (there is a safety clip that latches onto a harness also). He loves peeking out and cruisin’ along while being held close. We think it helps when he is feeling anxious as well.
