3 Working Modes includes Continuous / Intermittent / Ladder. Thanks to these three modes which make the Pro 2 massage gun performs extremely high and effective. Suitable for the whole workout the process from warm-up to chill down and the treatment.
1. Turn on the power switch and hold the handle(Touch sensing area ), and the massage gun will turn on.
Note: The power indicator will light blue and rotate once. while the handle vibrates.
2. Adjust the speed knob, and the massage gun starts to work(Adjust the mode and speed according to your physique and preferences). Speed knob: 0-6 gear, rotate clockwise to increase the gear, counterclockwise to decrease, and adjust to the lowest gear for standby.
3. Put down the handle and the massage gun stops working automatically. Note: If i is not used for a long time, please turn off the power switch.
Depending on the desired result, we recommend using your Urikar for a minimum of 15 seconds and a maximum of 2 minutes per muscle group. A full-body session should not exceed 15 minutes. Treat yourself 2-3 times per day.
Prior to workouts or physical activity, float your Urikar for up to 30 seconds to instantly activate and “wake up” your muscles.
